Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled by Reforged Repaints.

General Cancellation Rules

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@reforgedrepaints.com. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will review your request based on the order status, product type, and whether production or shipment has already started.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be cancelled before the order has been packed or shipped. Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

Custom Repaint and Made-to-Order Items

Custom repaint items, handmade items, commission-based items, and made-to-order products are prepared specifically for each order.

Cancellation requests for these items may be accepted only before production has started. Once production, preparation, repainting, modification, sourcing, or assembly has started, the order is generally no longer eligible for cancellation or full refund.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the product status, supplier status, and whether the item has already been reserved, prepared, or allocated to your order.

Production Has Started

For custom and made-to-order items, production may include planning, sourcing, base product preparation, painting, assembly, quality checking, or other work required to complete your order.

Once this process has started, materials, labor, and time may already have been committed. For this reason, cancellation may not be possible.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
