Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, prepared, and shipped from Reforged Repaints.

Order Processing

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your shipping address carefully. If your address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@reforgedrepaints.com.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Custom Repaint and Made-to-Order Items

Custom repaint items, handmade items, and made-to-order products require additional production time before shipment. The estimated production time is shown on each product page.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, custom repaint items usually require approximately 6–8 weeks before shipment. More complex pieces, high-detail work, peak-season orders, or commission-based projects may require additional time.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped after they become available and pass our preparation or quality check process. Estimated release or shipping times will be shown on the product page whenever possible.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and made-to-order items, we may ship the order together after all items are ready. If you need separate shipments, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Shipping Destinations

We mainly ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Available shipping options may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by customs inspection, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a made-to-order or custom item requires more time than originally expected, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.
