2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately. However, product images, colors, details, measurements, finishes, and packaging may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, production batches, handmade work, or custom repaint processes.
For custom repaint items, handmade items, modified items, and made-to-order products, small variations in paint tone, weathering, shading, finish, or detail placement may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not usually considered defects.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your name, shipping address, email address, phone number if required, and payment information.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where we believe there may be fraud, payment risk, pricing error, stock issue, product availability issue, policy violation, or other reasonable business concern.
4. Pricing and Availability
Product prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, description errors, or availability errors at any time.
If an order is affected by a pricing or availability error, we may contact you to cancel the order, offer an alternative, or provide a refund.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed through the available payment methods shown at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, currency, and checkout settings.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges. These fees are not controlled by Reforged Repaints.
6. Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on product type, destination, carrier service, customs processing, and whether the item is ready to ship, pre-order, custom repaint, or made to order.
Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom repaint and made-to-order items usually require additional production time before shipment.

7. Custom Repaint and Made-to-Order Products
Custom repaint items, handmade items, modified items, commission-based items, and made-to-order products may require production, preparation, painting, assembly, finishing, quality control, or other manual work before shipment.
Once production, preparation, repainting, modification, sourcing, or assembly has started, these items are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or full refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
Please review the product description and estimated production timeline carefully before placing an order.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Some products, especially custom repaint items and made-to-order items, may not be eligible for return or refund once production has started.
Do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status and product type. Ready-to-ship items may only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
Custom repaint items and made-to-order products may only be cancelled before production or preparation has started. Please read our Cancellation Policy for more details.
10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, import procedures, carrier issues, or failure to pay required customs charges.
11. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and checking your order details before completing your purchase.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content created by Reforged Repaints, including text, layout, product descriptions, original images, branding, and design elements, may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
