1. What does Reforged Repaints sell?
Reforged Repaints offers collector-focused items, including custom repainted collectibles, handmade display pieces, made-to-order items, and selected hobby-related products.
2. Are your custom repaint items ready to ship?
Some items may be ready to ship, while others are made to order after purchase. Please check the product page carefully before placing your order.
3. How long does a custom repaint order take?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, custom repaint and made-to-order items usually require approximately 6–8 weeks before shipment. Complex pieces, high-detail work, peak-season orders, or special requests may take longer.
4. Why do custom repaint items take longer?
Custom repaint items may require planning, sourcing, base product preparation, hand painting, weathering, shading, assembly, finishing, quality checks, and packing. These steps take time because the work is done individually rather than mass-produced.
5. Will the final item look exactly like the product photos?
For handmade and custom repaint items, the final piece may have small differences in paint tone, shading, weathering, finish, texture, or detail placement. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not usually considered defects.
6. Can I cancel a custom repaint order?
Custom repaint and made-to-order items may only be cancelled before production or preparation has started. Once production, repainting, modification, sourcing, or assembly has started, the order is generally not eligible for cancellation or full refund.
7. Do you accept returns?
Returns are limited and must be approved before any item is sent back. Custom repaint, handmade, commission-based, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days after delivery at support@reforgedrepaints.com. Include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the outer shipping box, and photos of the packaging materials.
9. How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your country, shipping method, carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
10. Do you ship internationally?
We mainly ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Available shipping options may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.
11. Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
12. Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.
13. Can I request a custom commission?
We may accept selected custom commission requests depending on availability, complexity, and production capacity. Please contact us before placing a special request.
14. Are these products suitable for children?
Our products are intended for adult collectors and display purposes. They are not toys for young children. Small parts may present a choking hazard and should be handled with care.
15. Are you an official brand or rights holder store?
Reforged Repaints is an independent collector-focused store. Unless clearly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any third-party brand, manufacturer, rights holder, game publisher, entertainment company, or intellectual property owner.
