Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, and order issues are handled by Reforged Repaints.
General Return Policy
Because many of our products are collectible items, custom repaint pieces, handmade products, or made-to-order items, returns are limited and must be approved by our customer support team before any item is sent back.
Please contact us at support@reforgedrepaints.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Custom, Handmade, and Made-to-Order Items
Custom repaint items, handmade items, commission-based items, and made-to-order products are created or prepared specifically for each order. For this reason, these items are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
Ready-to-Ship Items
For eligible ready-to-ship items, you must contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, unmodified, and in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom repaint items after production has started
- Made-to-order or commission-based items
- Items with customer-approved customization
- Opened, used, modified, or customer-damaged items
- Items returned without prior approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the outer shipping box, and photos of the packaging materials.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair solution, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Handmade Variation Notice
For custom repaint and handmade items, small variations in paint finish, shading, weathering, texture, color tone, or assembly details may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects unless they significantly differ from the product description.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved for reasons not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
If the return is caused by our error, such as a wrong item or verified defective item, we will provide an appropriate solution after review.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
