This page explains important information about custom repaint items, handmade products, made-to-order pieces, and collector-focused items sold by Reforged Repaints.
Handmade and Custom Nature
Many items sold on Reforged Repaints are custom repaint items, handmade pieces, modified display items, or made-to-order collector products. These products may involve hand painting, weathering, shading, assembly, finishing, or other manual work.
Because these items are made or finished by hand, each piece may have small differences in paint tone, shading, texture, weathering, finish, or detail placement. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and do not usually qualify as defects.
Product Images
Product images are intended to show the general appearance, style, finish, and display effect of the item. For handmade and custom repaint items, the final piece may not be perfectly identical to the photos.
Lighting, screen settings, photography angles, and handmade finishing may cause slight differences in color, contrast, surface texture, or visual effect.
Production Timeline
Custom repaint items and made-to-order products require additional production time before shipment. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, custom repaint items usually require approximately 6–8 weeks before shipment.
Complex work, high-detail pieces, special requests, limited production capacity, peak-season orders, or supply delays may require additional time.
Production Order
Orders are usually prepared in the order they are received. Production time may vary depending on item complexity, current workload, material availability, and quality control requirements.
Quality Control
Before shipment, we inspect custom and handmade items as carefully as possible. Minor handmade differences, small paint variations, or natural finishing differences are not considered quality issues unless the item is significantly different from the product description.
Custom Orders and Cancellations
Once production, preparation, repainting, modification, sourcing, or assembly has started, custom repaint items and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or full refund.

Collector Display Use
Our products are intended for collectors and display purposes. They are not toys for young children. Small parts may present a choking hazard and should be handled with care.
