Each product is made to order and requires custom repaint production before shipment. Most custom repaint orders require around 6–8 weeks before shipment, depending on order volume, production schedule, and the complexity of the piece.

Orders are prepared in sequence after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your item has been completed, inspected, and dispatched.

Each custom repaint item may involve hand painting, shading, weathering, finishing, and assembly. Small differences in paint tone, texture, shading, weathering, and finish may occur.

These natural handmade variations are part of the custom repaint process and are not usually considered defects.

Because each item is made to order, custom repaint orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or full refund once production, preparation, repainting, sourcing, or assembly has started.
