This is a made-to-order custom piece. Production usually takes about 2 months before shipping. Each figure is painted and finished individually, so final armor tone, shield details, cloth texture, metallic effects, and weathering may vary slightly from the sample photos.

Once production has started, cancellations or returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear production issue. If the package is damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos of the package and figure.
