Orders are prepared in sequence after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your item has been completed, inspected, and dispatched.

Because each item is made to order, custom repaint orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or full refund once production, preparation, repainting, sourcing, or assembly has started.

This is a made-to-order custom piece. Production usually takes about 2 months before shipping. Each figure is painted and finished individually, so final decay effects, wing texture, glow effects, weathering, and surface details may vary slightly from the sample photos.

Once production has started, cancellations or returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear production issue. If the package is damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos of the package and figure.
