Most custom repaint and made-to-order items require production time before shipment. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, custom repaint orders usually require around 6–8 weeks before shipment. Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Each custom repaint item may involve hand painting, shading, weathering, finishing, or assembly. Small differences in paint tone, texture, shading, weathering, and finish may occur. These natural handmade variations are not usually considered defects.
Custom repaint, handmade, commission-based, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return, cancellation, or full refund once production, preparation, repainting, sourcing, or assembly has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

Production & Shipping
This is a made-to-order custom piece. Production usually takes about 2 months before shipping. Each figure is painted and finished individually, so final weathering, metallic texture, and battle damage details may vary slightly from the sample photos.
Handmade Notice: This is an independent handmade custom collectible, not a mass-produced factory item. Small differences in paint texture, metallic finish, weathering, and surface details are normal for hand-painted work.
Once production has started, cancellations or returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear production issue. If the package is damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos of the package and figure.
