Custom repaint, handmade, commission-based, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return, cancellation, or full refund once production, preparation, repainting, sourcing, or assembly has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

This is a made-to-order custom piece. Production usually takes about 2 months before shipping. Each figure is painted and finished individually, so final weathering, metallic texture, and surface details may vary slightly from the sample photos.
